Harley Davidson

We can help with whatever style of Harley system you like. Just bring your bike and a picture or your imagination. We will do the rest. Sorry but we do require the bike for these special custom jobs. If you are a long way away, we simply cannot help.

Very specialized Harleys have been created here as well. On this one (beneath) not only the exhaust system, but sissy bars, chrome trim, fork brace, handlebars and many other parts too numerous to mention. Your imagination and affordability are the only limiting factors.

Motard

Special super-motard Husky, but made with a classic megaphone muffler.

Triumph Rocket

A special system was created for this amazing bike. This was a one-off custom job which included 2 mufflers and a complete header system including shields over the headers in chrome. This is a very time consuming job and can take many days to create.

Vintage Motocross

Exhaust systems can be made for the older VMX and trail bikes. Yes, we still do expansion chambers. Actually that's what we started out doing in the 70s and now we are back doing it again.

Race bikes

We are also still involved in producing exhaust systems, fitting wheels, modifying frames, fork braces, steering dampers, race stands and whatever else is required in creating a race bike.

Replica systems for restoration

We are able to copy original systems for when it just has to look original. This particular GS 1000 S exhaust system was made from stainless steel so that not only would the system look original but it would last. Plus a more free-flowing internal design allows for improved performance as well, but still in keeping the exhaust note quiet.
